Billing basics
Scope
Membership covers the Tenelk VPN Chrome browser extension. It is not a device-wide VPN and does not route traffic from other applications.
Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. The Creem checkout page and purchase confirmation show the renewal date and final charge. Displayed prices include applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You can manage renewal and payment details through the Creem customer portal linked from your Tenelk membership page. You can also contact support@tenelk.cloud.
Refund questions
Refund requests are reviewed under Creem's buyer terms, applicable consumer law, and the circumstances of the request. Contact support with the email used at checkout and the transaction reference.
