Billing basics
Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. The checkout page and purchase confirmation will show the renewal date and final charge.
Cancellation
You will be able to cancel through the customer portal linked from your purchase confirmation. You can also contact support@tenelk.cloud.
Refund questions
Refund requests are reviewed under the checkout provider's buyer terms, applicable consumer law, and the circumstances of the request. Contact support with the email used at checkout and the transaction reference.
