Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Tenelk website, account features, software, support, and subscriptions.

1. Operator and agreement

Tenelk is operated by PAN HAO, an independent software developer. By creating an account, using the software, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Tenelk provides account-based access to desktop and mobile software. Available platforms, free limits, paid features, and development status are described on the website or inside the software. Features may change as the product is tested and improved.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Plans, billing, and renewal

Plan prices and billing intervals are shown on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. The authorized checkout provider may act as merchant of record, collect applicable taxes, and provide buyer terms that also apply to the transaction. The final amount and renewal terms are shown before payment.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before the next renewal through the customer portal made available with the purchase or by contacting support@tenelk.cloud. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily reverse a completed charge. Refund requests are reviewed under the checkout provider's buyer terms, applicable consumer law, and the facts of the request.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Tenelk to violate law, infringe intellectual property, harm or harass others, distribute malware, interfere with systems, evade account or usage controls, resell access without written permission, or engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

7. Software license

Subject to these Terms and your plan, Tenelk grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use supported software. Tenelk and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

8. Availability and changes

We work to provide reliable software but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Testing versions may contain defects or change without the same notice as a production release. We may update, replace, or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice when a material paid feature is removed where practical.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tenelk is provided without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Tenelk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Termination

You may stop using Tenelk at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach, unlawful use, fraud, security risk, or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions, remain effective.

11. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of residence, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support so both sides can attempt to resolve the issue.

12. Contact and changes

Questions can be sent to support@tenelk.cloud. We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
